neck feel not good
yesterday i go to hospital for my neck a course of physiol therapy
next week Monday ( 21 / 03 / 2011 ) i have to go too....
while the course processing,feel pain
but when using hot-pad and a cold-pad *don't is cold-pad or what just feel cold
LoL....
haiz.....
i feel regret for late go
this already 7 years
from me standard 1 until now
they said my neck muscle already hardening
i should go there for therapy as early as possible
